Real Estate Services
Our services include but are not limited to:

All transactions are subject to the applicable laws and regulations of the UAE, including those set by RERA and the Dubai Land Department. Bhive Real Estate acts as an intermediary and is not a party to any sale, purchase, or lease agreement between buyers, sellers, landlords, or tenants.

Fees & Commissions
Commission rates and service fees are subject to the terms agreed upon between Bhive Real Estate and the client prior to the commencement of services, and in accordance with RERA-regulated rates. Standard brokerage fees are typically 2% of the property value for sales transactions and 5% of the annual rent for leasing transactions, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Additional fees may apply for property management, valuation, and other specialized services.

Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Bhive Real Estate or its content providers and is protected by UAE and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without prior written consent from the Company. The "Bhive" name, logo, and all related trademarks are the exclusive property of the Company.

By using our services, you agree to:

Anti-Money Laundering Compliance
In accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 10 of 2025 on Combating Money Laundering, the Financing of Terrorism, and the Financing of Arms Proliferation, Bhive Real Estate is required to conduct due diligence and verify the identity of clients. You agree to provide valid identification documents and source-of-funds information when requested. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if we suspect any transaction is linked to money laundering or other illegal activities.

Indemnification

The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any disputes through amicable negotiation before pursuing legal proceedings.
